TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PRICEACTION AI, ITS OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY OTHER FINANCIAL LOSS — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
